HCI Performance Test Rig

The purpose of the HC Dozer Performance test rig is to measure the flow rate of the dosing valve by modulating the fuel through rail assembly at different pressures and perform various tests at max pressure of 24 bars.

The system will automatically run the test process by controlling the valves, sensing the temperature of the Fuel and the Pressure along the line to generate the test report for the specific part number of the Components.
